    Enhanced security with upgrade

    We added security measures to better protect your health information:

    • If you currently share one email address with a partner or family member for MyChart, only one person will be able to use that email when upgrading to My Account.
    • Passwords must be at least eight characters long, contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number or symbol.
