Abbott Northwestern Hospital General Medicine Associates (ANGMA) provides a full range of primary health care services to adults with special emphasis on chronic medical problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
The Medicine Clinic provides primary health care services to members regardless of their ability to pay or speak English. It provides medical care for patients at or near the poverty line, but at a cost that is much lower than emergency care. It is staffed by internal medicine residents who are supervised by experienced faculty physicians.
Make a list of the things you want to talk about, and give it to your doctor at the beginning of your appointment. This will help both you and your doctor make the most of your time together.
