We make it easy for employees to save for retirement. For eligible employees, Allina Health matches 50 cents on every dollar you contribute, up to two percent of your pay and you are immediately vested in this company match. In addition, Allina Health makes an annual contribution depending on your years of service, ranging from 3 to 4.5 percent of your eligible pay. Employees are vested in the annual contribution balance after two years.

The Minnesota 529 College Savings Plan provides individual investment accounts that offer tax incentives to save for higher education and training.
