Searching for jobs

Please use the ‘Distance or Location’ filter at the top of the search page to view openings in the desired location and/or area.

Please use the search bar by entering job titles, keywords, locations, etc. Searching with multiple keywords can help narrow the results (i.e., Medical Assistant Day shift). The filters can also be used to target your search.

To view the schedule details of a position, click on the position title you are interested in. The shift, hours per week and applicable weekend rotations are listed at the top of the job posting. Some positions may list a specific schedule in the Key Position Details section of the job posting.

We encourage you to join our talent network and let us know what types of opportunities interest you. Joining our network and sharing your interests will allow a sourcing specialist to connect with you as we have opportunities that align with your interests.

Another option is to set up a job alert from your Candidate Home account.

We do offer remote job opportunities on occasion. Please check the job posting to determine if a position would be fully or partially remote.

Allina Health invests in our employees so they can make a difference in the lives of our patients and community. With competitive benefits and programs dedicated to your well-being, you’ll be supported in prioritizing yourself, your loved ones and what matters most to you.

Allina Health employs both union represented and non-union represented employees for many different roles. A union represented job is part of a bargaining unit represented by a labor union and the terms and conditions of employment are defined by a collective bargaining agreement. Typically, dues or fees are deducted from union represented employees’ paychecks and sent to the union. A non-union represented job, also referred to as a non-contract job, is one that is not subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
