Visiting us

  • Restricted visiting guidelines

We have restricted visiting guidelines to protect all patients and staff due to influenza:

    • Children under the age of 5 are asked not to visit patients.
    • Visitors who are sick should refrain from visiting patients in the hospital.
    • If you or your child has a fever with cough, please wear a mask while in our building.
    • Compassionate exceptions may be considered based on a patient’s critical condition/prognosis. Talk to a nurse.

Cover your cough. Please wash your hands or use the antibacterial hand cleanser we provide throughout our facility.

  • Visiting a patient

    General visiting hours 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Visitors are asked to stop at the nurse's station to make sure patients are ready for visitors.

    • Birth Center visiting hours: Fathers, labor partners, and siblings are generally welcome anytime; others should visit during regular visiting hours. All visitors are asked to wash their hands before holding a newborn. Children who have been exposed to chicken pox or other contagious illnesses should not visit.
    • Visiting hours may be restricted for patients in the SCU or in an isolation area. Check in at the nurse's station before visiting.
    • Visitors are asked to keep the health of all patients in mind and not to visit if they have flu or cold symptoms.
